Rivera continues with impressivce ground skills and ends the fight at 3:17 via triangle choke.

Aaron Tregear VS Matt Makowski

Round 1
Tregear and Makowski are both making this a standup war with Makowski seeming to have the slight edge. The round ends.

Round 2
The battle is heated with Makowski slipping. Tregear pushes on with the pressure. Makowski recovers. Tregear drops TMakowski again sending him to the canvas but Makowski rcovers. Tregear is landing quite a few power shots.

Makowski lands a series of hard leg kicks to the body.

Round 3

Makowski continues the body onslought. The two continue the war.

Makowski finishes the round with yet another devasting leg kick to the body.

Makowski 29-28 from all judges.

Mikey Gomez VS Jesse Juarez

Round 1
Ground and pound TKO victory for Jesse Juarez.

TOURNAMENT FIGHTS

Omar De La Cruz VS Victor Meza

Round 1

High pace ground work. Cruz pushing the action on the ground. Mesa spending most of round defending submissions.

Round 2
Cruz continues to be the agressor. Cruz controlling Mesa from the back while trying to work some punches and choke attempts.

Round 3
Mesa gets kneed while on the knees by Cruz. The round is paused. Fight restarts. Mesa stikes back with vengence and does to the floor. Fight slows down on the ground and the crowd begins to boo. Ref stands them up and the fight returns back to the ground.

Unanimous decision win- Cruz.

Eric Reynolds VS Thomas Schulte

Striking war from the get go. Gets to ground with schulte on top. Back up and almost immediately back to the floor.

Reynolds wins TKO ref. stoppage.

Aaron Romero VS Jorge Ortiz

Round 1
High pace standup action in this matchup. These two are letting it all out. Pace slowing down now. Romero is cut above the right eye.

Round 2

Ortiz pushing the pace. Ortiz continues to pick his shots and land. Romero rushes forward with punches. The two take center and are battling it out. Both men have earned each others repect and slap hands at the end of the round.
Round 3

These guys are battling hard. Ortiz receives an inadvertant low blow. Ortiz finding a home for most of his punches. A very hard fought battle with Ortiz with a possible edge.

Ortiz uninmous decision.

Lyman Good VS Hector Urbina

Round 1

Ready for war. These two take the center. Urbina goes for take down several times but Good avoids with excellent takedown defense. Urbina takes a inadvertant knee to the groin. Fight continues. Good taking the stand up and chasing Urbina down. Fight goes to the ground with Good in Urbinas Guard. Good manages to get the better with punches.

Round 2

Good with a leg kick to the head which dazes Urbin and Good attacks. Urbina is able to recover. Good gets mount and pounds away. Urbina manages to escape. Good takes Urbinas back and locks in a rear naked choke and victory as Urbin goes to sleep.
